I loved clone wars, and kinda like rebels. The voice acting is top notch as well, with the legends like Billy Dee Williams and James Earl Jones returning for their respective characters. I think if you thought Clone Wars had some amazing episodes but hated grinding through the boring shit, Rebels is worth watching. Finally, being a children's show, there are moralistic lessons to be taught - the worst of humanity is never really shown, and everyone works together and solves their issues rather maturely.
